About the Role

Madi Pharmaceuticals is looking for a detail-driven Quality Control Technician to join our team in Calgary. In this critical role, you’ll ensure our food and beverage products meet the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards within a regulated GMP environment. Your keen eye and precision will directly impact the trust our customers place in our products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform in-process and final quality control testing on food and beverage products

• Ensure full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality standards

• Document all test results and inspection findings accurately (digital and written)

• Report and escalate deviations, non-conformities, or safety risks promptly

• Support ongoing quality improvement efforts in collaboration with QC and production teams

• Maintain a clean, compliant lab/inspection space and adhere to safety protocols

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in food science or lab technology is an asset)

• Previous experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical quality control or inspection

• Familiarity with GMP and Canadian food and safety regulations

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Willingness to follow procedures and adapt to changes in standards

• Team-oriented and dependable with good communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
