Summary of the Packaging Technician role

As a Packaging Technician at Ecosse Pharmaceuticals Ltd, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and quality-compliant packaging of our food and beverage products. You will be responsible for efficiently packaging our products and ensuring they are accurately labeled, meeting the highest quality standards in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently package food and beverage products according to established procedures.
  • Ensure proper labeling of products, complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quality checks to guarantee the integrity of the packaging and labeling process.
  • Maintain inventory of packaging materials and report any shortages.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals.
  • Comply with all safety, health, and environmental requirements.

Requirements for the Role

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in packaging, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP and labeling regulations is a plus.
  • Must be a team player.
