About the Role

Madi Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Pharmaceutical Packaging Specialist to join our growing team in Calgary. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for packaging and labeling pharmaceutical products with precision and compliance, helping ensure product integrity and regulatory adherence at every step.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, detail-focused work in a GMP-regulated environment and is passionate about delivering safe, effective health products to Canadians.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Package pharmaceutical products according to cGMP procedures and company standards

  • Apply correct and compliant labeling to all units, batches, and packages

  • Perform visual inspections and in-process quality checks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile packaging environment

  • Record packaging data with high accuracy (paper and electronic logs)

  • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to support seamless workflow

  • Follow health, safety, and environmental requirements

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product packaging

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Familiarity with Health Canada labeling and regulatory guidelines (asset)

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

  • Team player with clear communication and documentation skills
