About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Technician to join our Calgary-based team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on production equipment

  • Diagnose equipment issues and perform timely repairs to reduce operational disruptions

  • Maintain clear, accurate records of all maintenance activities (paper and digital logs)

  • Work closely with the production and quality teams to identify and implement equipment performance improvements

  • Support Health Canada and GMP compliance through maintenance best practices

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or food-grade environment

  • Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems)

  • Familiarity with Canadian safety regulations and GMP requirements

  • Ability to interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documents

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed for emergency repairs or shutdowns

  • Salary: $62,000 – $65,000 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
