About the Role

Madi Pharmaceuticals, a leading Canadian manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceutical ingredients and food-grade additives, is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Technician to join our growing manufacturing team.

In this hands-on role, you will be directly involved in the safe, accurate, and compliant production of nutritional and pharmaceutical-grade materials within a Health Canada GMP-compliant environment. Your work will play a key part in ensuring that Madi’s clients receive the highest-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating equipment and production machinery in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Handling raw materials and intermediates, including performing inventory checks and restocking

• Accurately completing batch records, logbooks, and data entry (manual and electronic)

• Following production schedules and executing SAP/ERP system transactions

• Performing routine equipment checks and reporting any issues to maintenance

• Ensuring all operations meet company safety, environmental, and quality standards

• Adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health & Safety protocols

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma (or Canadian equivalent), with passes in Math and English

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Clear understanding of workplace safety protocols

• Willingness to participate in training and continuously develop skills

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Good communication and time-management skills
